This Privacy Policy describes how Suuuper ("we," "us") handles information in connection with the Suuuper website and interface (the "Interface").
Suuuper is a non-custodial interface. We do not require accounts, do not collect names, emails, or government identification, do not perform KYC, and do not sell personal information. Most of what the Interface touches is public blockchain data that exists independently of us.
A. Wallet addresses and transactions. When you connect a wallet, the Interface reads your public wallet address to display balances and construct transactions. Wallet addresses and transactions are public blockchain data, visible to anyone, and are not created or controlled by Suuuper. We do not link wallet addresses to real-world identities.
B. Quote and routing data. To fetch quotes, the Interface transmits transaction parameters (token pair, amount, chain, and, where required by the third party, your wallet address) to third-party services such as decentralized exchange and aggregator APIs and bridge protocols. Those services process that data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
C. Technical log data. Like nearly all websites, our infrastructure providers may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed, used for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.
D. Local storage. The Interface stores functional data in your own browser (such as interface preferences, selected settings, and in-progress cross-chain journey state so a journey can resume after a reload). This data stays on your device and can be cleared by you at any time through your browser. We use only functional storage, not advertising cookies.
E. What we do not collect. No names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no government IDs, no KYC data, no private keys, no seed phrases. We cannot access your funds and cannot recover your wallet.
We use the information described above solely to operate, secure, and improve the Interface: displaying balances and quotes, constructing transactions you may choose to sign, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors, and understanding aggregate usage. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Information is shared only: (a) with third-party services as necessary to fetch quotes and construct the transactions you request (see 2B); (b) with infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, analytics) bound to use it only to provide their services; and (c) if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Suuuper or others.
Blockchains, wallets, decentralized exchanges, aggregators, and bridges are independent services with their own privacy practices. Data written to a public blockchain is permanent and public by design, and no one, including Suuuper, can alter or delete it.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold. Because we hold almost no personal information, most such requests will concern technical log data. To make a request, contact us via 𝕏 at @Suuuperxyz. We may need to verify your request. Note that public blockchain data is outside anyone's ability to delete.
The Interface is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
